PROPOSALS

A)     CAPTAINS DAYS for 2018:

         Summer - Tuesday 12th June

                Winter -  Tuesday 13th November                       CARRIED

B)     NEW CAPTAIN.

The new society captain for  2018 is  PHIL LAWSON         CARRIED

There will be no vice captain this year.   Commitee members will share the running of golf days.                             

C)     COMMITEE MEMBERS

D)     Cups for the Summer and Winter Captains days and the Overall golfer of the Year to be engraved.     CARRIED

E)     Annual fees to be increased to 20 eu.         CARRIED

F)     Bob Haycock has donated golf balls to be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places on golf day..Thanks Bob .

G)    Due to the golf courses now insisting on accurate numbers attending each week it is proposed that once your name is down you will be expected to pay 50.00 eu even if you do not attend. Extenuating circumstances will be looked at by the committee. A cut off for cancellation will be the THURSDAY NIGHT BEFORE EACH GOLF DAY.             CARRIED
